Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or a valid Indonesian or international passport. tito80 aims to complete KYC review within one business hour under normal operating conditions. Accounts that fail KYC verification will be suspended, and any balance held will be subject to review in accordance with applicable anti-fraud procedures.
An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. tito80 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of up to Rp 50.000 per calendar month to inactive accounts. You will receive advance written notice via email before any inactivity fee is applied. Any remaining balance after deduction of applicable fees will remain withdrawable by the member upon completion of KYC verification.
tito80 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum single deposit is Rp 25.000. The minimum single withdrawal is Rp 50.000. Verified members receive withdrawals to their nominated bank account or e-wallet in an average processing time of three to five minutes. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised holder of the payment account used. tito80 does not accept deposits from third-party bank accounts or payment instruments not registered in the member's own name. Deposits identified as originating from a third party will be returned to the source account and the associated tito80 account will be reviewed.
The tito80 platform operates exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah. All wallet balances, game wagers, wins, bonuses, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in IDR. tito80 does not charge currency conversion fees. You are responsible for any fees imposed by your own bank or payment provider in connection with your transaction.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before becoming eligible for withdrawal. tito80 does not warrant that: (a) the platform will be available at all times or free from interruption; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the platform is free from viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that internet connectivity, device compatibility, and third-party payment processing are outside tito80's direct control.
tito80 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account — including blocking deposits, withdrawals, and access to all Services — at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to suspect: (a) a breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity; (c) use of the platform by an individual under 21 years of age; (d) operation of multiple accounts; (e) money laundering or other financial crime; or (f) a technical or security risk to the platform or to other members.
Following investigation, tito80 may permanently close an account found to be in material breach of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of termination for cause, tito80 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the resolution of the investigation and, where applicable, to report the matter to relevant financial crime authorities. Any Bonus Funds in a terminated account will be forfeited in their entirety.

Where a proposed amendment materially affects your rights as a member, tito80 will provide at least 7 calendar days' advance notice by email to your registered address and by posting a notice on the tito80 platform homepage. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
